Job Description

• Good understanding of long-term insurance.
  
• Completion and submission of application forms.
  
• Take customer calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns
• De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering patient assistance and support
• Call clients and customers to inform them about the company’s new products, services and policies
• Guide callers through troubleshooting, navigating the company site or using the products or services
• Collaborate with other call centre professionals to improve customer service
• Help to train new employees and inform them about the company’s customer management policies

 Requirements 

· Should be in possession of a NQF level 6 qualification

· Must have strong communication skills, both written and verbal

· Great listening skills

· Exceptional interpersonal and rapport building skills

· Strong time management and organizational skills

· Comfortable working in fast-paced environments

· Computer literacy

· Telephone etiquette

· Experience in the customer service environment and being multilingual will be will be advantageous
